[THE SURVIVAL FIELD GUIDE]

Make yourself
at home.

The little things that change how you play. Learn what happens when you travel, die, step away or reach the End.

01 / BREAKOUTCORE

Death is a journey back.

When a grave can be created, your dropped items and XP go into a player-head grave at the death location. Run /graves to see its coordinates and remaining protection time.

  1. Find the grave using its listed world and coordinates.
  2. Right-click or break it as its owner to recover the contents.
  3. Items return to their original inventory slots where possible. If your inventory is full, the remainder stays in the grave.
15 minOwner protection*
120 minUntil expiry*
30 daysStaff archive*

*Bundled defaults. Use the in-game grave status for the active timers. Time continues while the server is offline.

After protection expires, other players can access the grave. When the grave expires, remaining contents normally enter the staff recovery archive. Contact staff for eligible archive recovery; it is not a player command.

No grave is needed with keepInventory or when nothing would drop. If the plugin cannot place a grave, drops follow normal Minecraft behavior. A void death can create a small recovery platform.

02 / BREAKOUTWAYSTONES

A Home you can ring.

Craft the special Waystone item, place it and ring the bell to open the network. The default structure is a Stone Brick Wall, a Lodestone and a Bell from bottom to top.

3 secWarm-up
10 secCooldown

Sneak-right-click your own bell to rename it, manage trusted players, switch public access, choose Home or remove it. Your Home can also be a Waystone whose owner explicitly trusts you. Public access by itself is not enough.

Run /home to travel to your chosen Home. Stay still during the warm-up; movement or damage can cancel it. Use /waystone list to find your own Waystones.

Travel normally connects all three dimensions. The destination must remain accessible, and a staff dimension lock still applies. A bed respawn and a Waystone Home are separate choices.

03 / BREAKOUTCORE

Your conversations, your choice.

Use /msg <player> <message> for an online player and /reply <message> for the last conversation. Reply targets reset when you leave the server.

/ignore <player> toggles a persistent ignore preference. It filters that player’s private messages, public chat and mention sounds. /ignore list shows your list. /msgtoggle switches both sending and receiving private conversations off or on.

Mention someone by name or with @name to highlight the message and alert them. Chat colors require a separate permission.

04 / BREAKOUTCORE

Take a seat. Take a break.

Use /sit on the ground, or right-click a normal stair or lower slab with an empty hand. Sneak or use the command again to stand up.

/afk marks you away. The default idle timer also marks you away after five minutes; activity brings you back. AFK status does not automatically kick you.

05 / GEMOTE

Let the particles talk.

Type /emote and press Tab to see your available effects. Start one with /emote <name>; run /emote without arguments to stop it. Effects depend on the emotes and permissions configured on the server.

06 / WORLD RULES

The End, without the interruption.

The updated BreakoutCore build skips the End poem and credits when you leave through the exit portal. Normal return travel still applies.

Staff control dragon egg generation in /admin. Eggs can be disabled, left at normal first-kill behavior, or enabled after every dragon defeat. An egg forms at the exit portal; it is not mailed to a player or added to an inventory.

Existing eggs are not removed when generation is disabled. An uncollected egg does not become a stack of eggs after repeated kills.

The world border sets the playable boundary. Staff may change its diameter or center separately in each world. Nether or End locks block travel into that dimension, including portals and other teleports, unless a staff bypass applies.

Border controls, egg switches and credit skipping require the 27 October Core update. This guide does not display the live server’s current switches.

07 / FIND YOUR WAY

Explore. Build. Ask for help.

Open /map or the website’s live-map link to browse the available terrain. The map is provided by squaremap.

BlokgenotenProtect records supported changes for staff investigation. It is not a claim system and does not automatically make your land private. If something is wrong, note the location and approximate time so staff can investigate.

FAWE is a building and maintenance tool for authorized users. LuckPerms controls access to plugin features. Their staff commands live in the separate admin reference.
